In Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

In Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the total work of the project is broken down into the major subtasks. It starts with the end objective required and successively subdividing it into manageable components in terms of size and complexity: program, project, system, subsystem, components, tasks, subtasks, and work elements. Once these manageable components are defined, establishing roles facilitates a definite involvement of the members into the work activity, failing which necessary steps shall be taken to deal with the same. However, in not all projects the same shall be necessary provided such projects are very small in size and are already in components that are manageable in nature.
