Industry changes, Learning Principles (A Game of Snakes & Ladders)
The first event which I have attended on Tuesday 14th Aug 2018 at Kirribilli Club at Lavender Bay between 8.30am and 1.30pm. Registration was started for attendance at 8am. After completion of all safety information event has been started about 8.40am.
Daniel Saffioti was a speaker who was talking about Major changes in industries, what are good and bad things in life, Learning Principles of life in brief. The speaker started event by 8.40am. After finishing a speaker talk there was a small question and answer sessions held by Speaker between 9.15am and 9.30am.
Firstly, Daniel was talking about good and bad stories. He provided some reflections to support that. He took a example of snake – Ladder game. He explained how the outcomes are the main key of future success also how out comes help to improve ourselves. He discussed the advantage of communication with others and proved with discussion how it is helpful to get achievements in life. He clarified inspiration and education in reflection 3 how we can inspire from other person and get educated ourselves while working in the company. He focused more on “LEARNING FROM FAILURE”. How we can learn from results and next we put more effort to get rid of this mistake again.
In the last, guest from ACS and some other attainders and students asked some question to Daniel and he provided a logical answer to all questions with expression. I have learned so many things which will be helpful to me for better future development in industries.
