For example, you could offer a mental health day off with pay, but you can not give an employee a raise. You need to be mindful of the economics of your business and you should describe an applicable situation in your post. For example, you could say that a restaurateur who is flourishing with take out could offer food service delivery drivers the opportunity to offset auto expenses. For example, maybe they have a draw during the month of December for one winner that gets their car insurance paid, or they have 5 draws for $100 gas cards. There should be a connection between the reward and the job. The more difficult situation is rewarding employees when you have no cash to spare.
