Tube wall thickness

The cross-flow heat exchanger illustrated in Fig. P3-9 uses surface CP-7.0-5/8J shown in Pig: 3-20(i). A light oil at 120°F flows through the tubes, and air at 1000P and 14.7 psia flows over the tubes. The flow rate of the air is 34.0 lbm/s, and the flow rate of the oil is 42.5 Ibm/a The fins are made of copper, and the tube-wall conductive resistance can be neglected. The tube wall thickness is 0.05 inch. Find the outlet temperatures. State any assumptions made.
