1. Briefly explain quantitative and qualitative research methods and how we can use these
2. Brief account of primary/secondary (how you use survey for primary and literature on talent management for secondary)
3. Write down one method of data collection using quantitative and qualitative (population, sampling frame)
4. Brief explain probability and non-probability sampling and their techniques
5. There are four probability sampling technic (simple random, systematic, stratified and cluster sampling) you can pick one of suitable sample for this project research and explain how suitable
6. There are four non probability sampling technics, (convenience, voluntary response, purposive and snow ball samplings) you can use one of them and explain how.
7. Brief explain reliability and validity of the research work
8. Data analysis; Explain how to analyse data in your own research. (survey response-make challenges question) Example: Do you think front line managers are not confidant? (make, these kind of questions up to 10, this about talent management and challenges and obstacles)
9. Interview question sample: Is Lack of capital to train staff?
