Style II: 4
Style III: 6
Style IV: 3
Style V: 12
If you scored equally on two or more strategies, you have several preferred strategies. Please
see below for detailed explanation of every style.
Style I:
You tend to avoid conflict at all costs. While in some situations this may be a wise thing to do, there
are things that are worth fighting for. Your fear of confrontation and unwillingness to deal with
problems may cause you to abdicate from your personal goals and, as weird as it sounds, undermine
your relationships with others.
If you never confront your interpersonal problems with honesty and openness, your chances to
resolve them are slim. This may lead to passive aggressive behavior from both sides; and while you
may be able to avoid the confrontation itself, you will be subjecting yourself to continuous dull pain.
Style II:
You are rather aggressive and tend to use force to get your way. You aren’t too concerned about
whether or not other people love you or like you, and you aren’t into compromises. Typically, you
don’t settle for anything less than what you originally wanted and will fight until all your demands
are satisfied.
Style III:
You value good relationships more than you value goals and dreams. You rarely find yourself in a
conflict situation because you do everything to prevent it in the first place. It’s important for you to
be loved and liked, and you are ready for sacrifices if necessary.
Style IV:
You equally value your interpersonal relationships and your goals. Because you aren’t ready to give
up on any of the two, you use compromise as your preferred strategy. Even if your demand isn’t
satisfied 100 percent, it’s still better than nothing, and you get to keep the relationship.
Style V:
Your strategy is honesty and openness. You value both relationships and goals and look for a way to
work with your opponent for a solution that is honest and satisfactory for both sides. The difference
between Style V and Style IV is that Style V is not willing to compromise the truth but, at the same
time, they are patient enough to keep digging until they find a better solution that can satisfy
everyone involved.

You lean toward a democratic or participative style of leadership. You tend to set the parameters
for the work and have the final say on decisions, but you actively involve your team members in the
process.
This style can build trust between you and your people, as they’ll likely feel engaged and valued.
But it’s not great in a high-pressure situation that requires a fast turnaround, as it w
ill slow you down. And, if you dislike disagreement or conflict, you might struggle with how people
respond to consultation. Read more below.

Democratic, Participative Leadership
With this approach, you set goals, guide team discussions, and make the final decision. But you also
acknowledge that your people can have valuable insight into a problem or process, so you actively consult
them . As a result, you’ll likely gain creative input and fresh ideas that you wouldn’t have come up with if
you were working alone.
You might wonder how to manage differing opinions in the team, once you’ve invited participation in this
way. Your goal is to build a culture in which people can have healthy debates with one another

YourDISC PersonalityReport

Steadiness Describes your temperament – patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
Compliance Describes how you approach and organize your activity, procedures and responsibilities.

Your DISC personality type

action. You respond to logic rather than emotion. You are likely to be particularly good at handling challenging
technical assignments.
DISC Patterns or ProfilesAs you will appreciate, there are literally thousands of different combinations of scores.
Therefore to help interpretation, communication and understanding, DISC Personality Model experts have
defined – through statistical analysis of the score combinations – fifteen DISC ‘Patterns’ or ‘Profiles’.
The ‘Profiles’ are often given names. The objective of these names is to give a single descriptive term that
captures the essence of that Profile. Names often used are Achiever, Coach, Evaluator, Counselor, Creator,
Individualist, Inspirational, Investigator, Objective Thinker, Perfectionist, Persuader, Practitioner, Enthusiast,

chaos. Read more – Enneagram type 1
Type 2 – The Helper

Twos essentially feel that they are worthy insofar as they are helpful to others. Love is their highest ideal.
Selflessness is their duty. Giving to others is their reason for being. Involved, socially aware, usually

help out a co-worker, spouse or friend in need. Read more – Enneagram type 2
Appendix 8:
MY EQ result

Many conceptions of emotional intelligence are divided into two main parts; aspects related to understanding
and dealing with one’s own emotions, and those related to understanding the emotions of others and handling
social interactions. For many prominent EIQ researchers, the construct also includes broader traits such as
motivation, interpersonal and other personal attributes (this is often called a mixed model). We chose to assess
this construct using both self-report questions and ability questions.
Overall Score
EQ score = 103
Percentile score = 58
103
Your score on this assessment is reasonably good, but there is some room for improvement. Overall, you are
reasonably skilled at understanding and dealing with emotions. Remember, emotional intelligence is not only
essential to healthy relationships with others, research has also shown that a healthy EQ contributes to
problem-solving ability, leadership ability, goal achievement, and professional success in general. Review the
rest of your results to know which areas you most need to work on developing – awareness is key to helping you
find the motivation to improve.

IQ
Snapshot Report
• Crystallized Intelligence
• IQ score = 111
• Percentile score = 79
111
On this scale, which measures your ability to retain previously learned knowledge, your score was moderately
high. It is important to remember certain information so that we can apply it to the problems we encounter.
Acquired both through education and experience, this tends to increase as we age and accumulate more
knowledge.
Definition
Crystallized intelligence (abbreviated Gc) is reflected in a person’s general knowledge, vocabulary, and
reasoning based on acquired information. It is contrasted with fluid intelligence (see Fluid Intelligence) as
one of the two factors of general intelligence first proposed by Cattell (1971). Crystallized intelligence is
conceptualized as the product of experience, both cultural and educational, in interaction with fluid
intelligence; people with higher levels of fluid intelligence will generally amass learnt information faster,
allowing higher crystallized intelligence. Crystallized intelligence is measured by tests such as vocabulary
and general knowledge type assessments.
