Select Two Developmental Theorists to Examine
Choose any two theories or theorists covered in your readings this week and prepare a PowerPoint presentation appropriate for an introductory psychology class. Compare and contrast the two theorists, including the important parts of their contribution to common theories in the field. You can choose to select two theories/theorists who are closely related (e.g., Freud and Erikson; Piaget and Kohlberg) or two completely different theorists.
Be sure to assess their contributions to foundational theories in psychology. Interpret their views of ethical practices in the field, along with an interpretation of how they viewed the importance of diversity.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
