Peer-Led Community Group – Session Evaluation Questionnaire

The PLC Groups are a new University of Bolton initiative and your responses to the following questions are very important. Your responses will help the PLC Group team consider what aspects of the session worked well and what could be improved. Please take some time to think about your responses and to give constructive feedback. Your answers will be treated as confidential – this questionnaire is anonymous.
