Little Rock nine in comparison to the BLM movements

Little Rock nine in comparison to the BLM movements in todays society and how they have impacted eachother. In1948, Orwell wrote 1984, predicting how the world would be nearly forty years in the future. His world vision was largely shaped on atrocities and totalitarianism that he witnessed during his lifetime and which he feared would shape the future. Similarly, in 1989, on his album Storm Front, Billy Joel released a song called, “We Didn’t Start the Fire.” In that song, Joel rattles off references to world events, people, places, and things starting from the year 1949 that ultimately lead us to where he was in 1989. The idea that “We didn’t start the fire/It was always burnin’ since the world was turnin’” is an idea that still rings true today that events of our present are certainly influenced by the events of our past. For this project, you will be creating a research-driven piece that explores the idea and its impact on us today. In a 2-3 page research paper (appropriately formatted in MLA 8th edition format) explore your topic and analyze its impact.
