| You are required to respond to the questions/activities as far as practicable in your own words where directed and without utilising your learner guide or notes. However, you may be directed to conduct research to address responses. The Assessment Task AT1.1 has an associated AT1.1 ‘Assessment Task Checklist’ that supports and guides you in the required outcomes for the assessment. This must be submitted with your assessment Task 1.1 to support assessment and marking outcomes. Important Information
This assessment task activity and information will support you in the next
Assessment Task AT1.2 Development of a Team and Personal workplan.
Case Study Activity
You are a department leader in a Paramedical Emergency Transport Organisation.
You are responsible for a small team of employees (diploma level paramedical professionals)
and are about to develop a team plan in consultation with the team and in line with the
Organisations Mission, Values and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
You are required to set the team’s performance objectives and standards in line with the
organisations strategic objectives, inclusive of consideration of the vision, mission, values
and relevant key health care perspectives.
IMPORTANT: You are required to review the QAS Strategic Plan 2016-2021 as a source
document and for information to support your assessment response. You can download the
