Part B: o Please be critical and reflect on the many psychometric tests you completed, reflect on their results and what it means for your career choice. o You may complete a SWOT analysis to consider your test results and opportunities and aligned to your graduate position o Your 10 year plan must make sense and demonstrate the future roles/career you are aiming for, as well as what are the learning gaps at each stage, as well as how you will address the learning gaps (further training, courses, accreditation, etc) o You may want to also consider a timeline graph to easier demonstrate your 10-year plan and then discuss it in detail 5. Part C: o Include screenshots for each psychometric test completed and a brief analysis on the outcome/score of the assessment o Your application form, cover letter and CV needs to be current, completed and aligned with your graduate position (the position you will be aiming to apply to after graduation) (assume that my aim position is in human resources) o Include your reference list at the end of Part C 6.
