Question 2: Figure (2) shows a flowchart of a plotting process. For this process, there
are one operator and two plotters. The operator at the beginning input
data and send it to a plotter, which takes one minute. The average times
for the two plotters to plot one project are 2 minutes and 3 minutes
respectively. After that, the operator has to cut and adjust plotted sheets,
which takes 2 minutes.
