Assessment 1
- Business Plan (You can use the case study that we have sent you or you need to have your own business plan, template provided).
- Operational plan with 4 strategies and the strategies should match the goals and objectives in the Business plan. (Template provided).
- Gantt chart or Pert chart to monitor the progress of the project. (Gantt chart should have the initiatives or tasks from your own operational plan).
- Write three policies: Recruitment policy, Resource policy, Intellectual property policy. The policies should match your business.
Assessment 2
- The meeting plan and resource policy and intellectual property policy (template provided).
Assessment 3
- Prepare the report on, the template provided, of the progress of your Operational plan. Please fill all columns with relevant information.
- Updated Operational plan with changes.
Assessment 4
- All 10 questions explained properly and all parts of the questions should be answered.
P.S. Please make sure that you have completed all parts from the checklist.
No submission will be accepted if anything is missing from the assessment and you cannot send missing parts via an email.
