Freya, aged 40, is at the polyclinic for prenatal check-up today.
She is currently 16 weeks pregnant, has a history of 1 spontaneous abortion at 12 weeks of gestation in 2014, and 1 normal vaginal delivery of a boy at 39 weeks of gestation in 2016.
You are the staff nurse attending to Freya.

Family history: Freya’s father has Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Freya shares with you that she worries about:

- antenatal screening and cost.
- the arrival of her newborn as her parents and parents-in-law are residing overseas and unable to support her due to the COVID-19 pandemic travel restrictions.

- he smokes at home often and smokes about 25 cigarettes per day to stay alert and relieve stress.
Your assessment/conversation about her 5 years old son, Felix shows:
