Utilizing the five analytical assignments’ data, information, analyses, and methodologies, you will prepare a four-minute presentation on what should be my focus as CEO for the next year. 

– Ideally, you will incorporate all of the analytical tactics into your analysis, which should be included in your presentation

– Your recommendation(s) can not be the same as any of the five analytical assignments. Essentially you can not repeat any of the prior assignments

– Analytics must be at the center of any of your recommendations

– You will have a four-minute time limit to deliver your PPT presentation, and there will be an additional three minutes for Q&A. 

– Focus on what will have the most significant impact on revenue, sales agent performance, satisfaction, and tenure
