The use of e-learning as a tool for employee development has increased in recent years, but there is limited understanding of how employees perceive and evaluate its effectiveness as a means of upskilling and enhancing their knowledge. With the rise of digital transformation in the workplace, it’s becoming increasingly important to understand how employees perceive e-learning as a means of personal and professional development. The lack of clarity surrounding employees’ evaluation of e-learning presents a problem that requires further investigation. The objective of this study is to address this problem by exploring employees’ evaluations of e-learning as a digital staff development tool, providing insights into its effectiveness, limitations, and areas for improvement.

Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence employees’ evaluations of e-learning as a digital staff development tool, including its effectiveness, convenience, engagement, and relevance to their professional development. The study aims to provide insights into how employees perceive and evaluate e-learning, and to identify areas for improvement in the design and delivery of e-learning programs. By exploring the evaluations of employees, this study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the impact of e-learning on employee development and to inform the design and implementation of more effective e-learning programs.
