In North Carolina’s local government, there has been a trend in using a firm called Developmental Associates to help recruit and select staffing. Their selection model is both long and complex. Potential candidates may be required to complete an assessment center that includes a written interview assignment, phone interview, personality examination, and a three-fold panel interview.
