Write a two page argumentative essay. Your essay must support your perspective on two (out of the 20) International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi) competencies that are the most important to your practice of instruction in an adult learning environment.

Follow the general guidelines of any recognized writing style guide. Do not use lists, sub-headings, numbers, outside references, or citations: this should be original work that reflects your perspectives and opinions. Please submit your paper in a WORD format document and not as a PDF. Double-space your essay, use Times New Roman 12 font, and include a title page with your rank, name, organization (teaching department), unit, and email address.
