Select one opportunity to use for the RFP portions of this project (Parts I and 2). Be sure to take some time look through several different opportunities until you find one that has plenty of information for you to use for the RFP. Remember that in writing the RFP, you are acting in the role of the federal government. You are outlining the details of the job for firms that wish to submit proposals. 2. Read the explanatory information in Course Project RFP Instructions.
