This type of learning happens when we use a questionnaire, inventory, quiz, or similar tool to learn about a specific topic. Instrumented learning not only helps us to learn more about ourselves, it also allows us to learn more about others for deeper understanding. Typically, this helps foster awareness and enhances relationships. In this assignment, you’ll focus on your personal Cultural Intelligence (CQ) through one of these instruments. You will be able to identify aspects of your CQ along with reflecting back on what those indicators might mean.
