For example, you may find that one of their parents was a criminal, so this might suggest a genetic link or may support Farrington’s family model. Or perhaps they showed hyperactivity at the age of two. Look through all the explanations and see if and how you can relate them to the person you are describing. Use as many of the explanations as possible to explain this person’s behaviour.
