Fill out the attached WBS Template that will also populate your Gantt chart for you. 

The templates below were supplied by the client, but you may customize them or create additional documents as required. Note the task, the lead, resources required, constraints, precedent work package, duration, and budget. Then, under the appropriate weeks, make sure you specify how much money will be spent in that particular week. The total of the weeks for that task should add up to the budget. 

Further, complete the risk register template as attached. Note that the red corners indicate comments that should help you fill out both templates.
