analyses the critical points of land

SR.NO CONTENTS DESCRIPTION RATINGS
1.O Introduction This section of AMP generally analyses the critical points of land use transport and AMP’s purpose with district transportation activity’s relevance. Starting with the services provided to people using the road network, it discusses the existing and potential demand for the network, its efficiency, and the threats to those services, all of which inform how the Council prioritizes their actions. Background and relationship have been covered to give an idea about national strategic objectives and planning policies. There is a necessity of providing knowledge of future projections of the project with some financial backgrounds. The second drawback is the lack of analysis of asset depreciation and valuation. 7.0
2.0 Asset Description-Transportation Activity It offers a summary of the services offered by the Council, their priorities and the facilities used. It deals with the Council’s role in terms of care, control, and management of land transport activities in the district. Some section 1.0 areas are covered in this section about current transportation services, the Council’s annual budget, and the illustration of associated transportation services for the local communities. To provide accessible, efficient, and quality transport services to customers, many obstacles must be addressed. This section covered AMP sub-areas challenges, such as service level, Management of risks, Financial Constraints, and disaster recovery. The Council’s mission is to provide quality and affordable services, whether living or going through, to ratepayers, residents, and visitors to the Hauraki network. The Council may need to make difficult decisions, which can, in some instances, include reducing service levels, postponing projects, progressing some projects, and increasing direct user fees. Some solutions are discussed for these challenges associated with planning, maintenance, renewal, and improvements. Some of the areas in this section should be mentioned in detailed such as asset growths and management of risks, which are the critical elements of AMP. 9.5
SR.NO CONTENTS DESCRIPTION RATINGS
3.0 Level of service Set the plan’s level to be delivered by the Service Council and how they will assess efficiency. This section also focuses on local landowners, tenants, ratepayers, and external entities involved in improvements in transportation activities. The survey for customer values and expectations were carried out to enhance comfort, route security, transport linkages, etc. Review of comments obtained from various groups of clients and stakeholders facilitates monitoring patterns in customer satisfaction and how the Council is currently working. This helps the Council verify their planning framework and insight into how customer feedback responses can be enhanced. The customer level of service is stated clearly with the help of tables in which it is mentioned that 70% of the population is satisfied with the current transportation facility. At the end of this part, some discussion over strategic and corporate goals is mentioned to provide a sustainable network to all customers. Current and future impacts that can affect service level in terms of economic, cultural, and environmental should be considered. 8.5
4.0 Demand- Current and future It presents information on the effect of projected growth and demand on the Council’s service and how it regulates these impacts. Future forecasting of transportation services essential for customer satisfaction is crucial to consider the factors influencing transport demand and how they are likely to change. All these factors are considered population, land use over ten years, commercial growth, and customer expectations. Policy and management adjustments are controlled by government departments’ national policies, such as the NZTA, and plans introduced by the Council, such as the Economic Development Plan of the Council. The advantageous part covered in the implementation of specific asset programs to meet the current and future demand. Drawback: The use of graphs for population projection and commercial growth should be given for better understanding. Policies for demand should be explained in detail. Less use of figures is observed in this section. 8.0
