2-Handing in format instructions
1) The student should send his/her project to the following email: mm.hussain@yahoo.com
2) This should be done before the end of the last day of the given period.
3) The student doesn’t have to submit a hard copy of the project to the lecturer of the course.
4) Send your project in Word & pdf format.
5) The student should use tables, figures and graphs as much as possible at data presentation.
6) The student should mention all references used in the project.
7) Use APA Style in your citations and bibliography.
8) The work must be typed using Font size- 12, single space in ‘Times New Roman’ only.
9) Use black ink only.
10) The student should number all the pages except the title page (where the name of the student
should be written in addition to his ID number, the title of the project, the name of the lecturer and
semester).
11) Use your own email when you send the project.
12) Type in your email subject the following items respectively: your full name/ quality management/
project & presentation / Fall 2020.
13) The project will be ignored in if it doesn’t meet all the above mentioned instructions.
Note: The total course marks have been assigned to this project & presentation are 20 marks.

The Project:
Choose a company that is involved in global environment and write a report about the following tasks:
1) Summarize a general overview about the company. (Industry, major products or services, markets,
geographic locations, major competitors, capital, net sales and net profit) [10 marks]
2) Find the vision, mission and quality policy of the chosen company, then analyze these statements.
What are the main findings you can conclude? [20 marks]
3) Explain how the chosen company; defines the customer needs, maintains customer satisfaction and
loyalty, controls and assures the quality of its goods or services provided. How do you evaluate the
company’s performance in this scope? [35 marks]
4) Assume that you are a member in the evaluation committee in one of the national quality
awards. Define your business excellence model then elaborate how you evaluate the chosen
company (Discuss any five aspects along with examples). [35 marks]

Presentation Instructions:
The following items should be included in your presentation:
1) First slide: your name, ID no, lecturer name, academic year, semester, etc.
2) Second slide: presentation outlines.
3) Introduction: general overview about the chosen topic.
4) Body main topics and analysis.
5) Findings and conclusion.
6) References used in the last slide.
Notes:
1) The duration of the presentation will be between 10 and 15 minutes.
2) Number all slides.
3) Students have to present according to the alphabetical order in the attendance sheet.
