Research	Address the following: The value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Include in your response, statistics or graphs that represent diversity in the Australian workforce. Benefits of diversity and inclusion. Policies and Procedures that directly relate to diversity in the workplace and how these link to compliance with to legislation. You can use an example organisation to illustrate your response. You will need to conduct further reading so that you can provide a response that shows depth of understanding	2 hours	
