Classmate Antonia’s Post:
My company name is Aselle Aesthetics. Aselle Aesthetics is a unique body bar that offers hair and nail care, spa services, and classes. We employ the best in their field in each specialty area in order to provide the best quality and experience to our customers.
Demographic Description:
• A likely customer for Aselle Aesthetics are Ethnic women aged 25-55 who earn between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, with or without a degree. Our customer’s family size or marital status isn’t important to the target.
Geographic Description:
• I would like to serve an urban area. I would like to be inside of a business center in the uptown Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Lifestyle Description:
• Where do your customers shop, what do they do for leisure, what kind of clothes do they wear, what type of cars do they drive, et cetera?
• My target customer shops at online boutiques and department stores and prefer to shop at local markets and butchers instead of franchise grocery stores. They are business women who are either self-made entrepreneurs or established in their chosen careers. They make timeless fashion choices and wear clothes that appear to be high fashion instead of trendy pieces. My target customer drives a large a large SUV or luxury sedan. They likely have a gym membership that they use regularly. They either live in a luxury apartment or condo or own their own home.
Psychographic Description:
• My target customer is very conscious of their appearance and want to look and feel their best at all times. They are socially responsible so they budget in their personal care monthly.
Purchasing Pattern Description:
• My customer is a routine shopper who is likely to set up subscriptions so they don’t run out of the things they like. This person will schedule their appointments on a recurring schedule as fat in advance as possible and probably has appointments for multiple services on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedule. They already have these things built into their budget. They probably will look at things outside of these for weeks to months before actually purchasing.
Buying Sensitivities Description:
• For my target audience customer service, luxury, and quality are most important to them and cost is not really important as long as the they can justify the price as being worth the product or service.
