The company conduct campus interview to recruit candidates from technical institution as officer trainees to be ultimately posted in the lower management cadre.
Mr. Krishnan; an electronic engineer was selected a trainee for 1 year. For a candidate monthly stipend. He was a well behave persons eager to make full use of the on the job training provide to him. His conduct and performance was found quite satisfied during the period of trainee and his supervisor were quite happy with his work. At the end of the trainees the head of the department recommended his case for regularization in the appropriate officer grade. His overall greeting was well above average and the comments of the personnel department conform his outstanding performance.
According; the personnel file of mr. Krishnan complete with the required recommendation and comments, was founded to the concern authority for regularization office services.
In other department the head of the department under whom Mr Krishnan has undergone training. resigned and left and similar changes also took place at the top management level. with the reshuffle , the management immediate concern was to fortify the organizational structure and unfortunately the personnel file off Mr Krishnan was forgotten and regarded for the time being essay matter of low priority.

Mr. Krishnan fated rudely disturbed; so much he become & absolute rebel. He was further shame by not being allow to enter fully gate by the security personnel for 5 days. Finally; at the end off 5 months eagerly strength and anxiety he was given a letter regulating his services at the lowest safety in the applicable great. Mr. Krishnan a bright engineering graduate have look forward to an exciting career when he had sign up as a trainee. He was very capable and prove his work during his one year training period.
His hope for suitable & timely reward however gradually faded & eventually dis appropriate with hey increasingly delay in finding in case. Mr Krishnan resign and left loop with share bitterness frustration disc illustrated.
