effectively marketing hotels. We have explored how hospitality marketing has been
transformed over recent years, driven by advances in technology which in turn have
changed consumer’s buying habits.
The impacts of COVID 19 on our local hotel industry has drastically reduced
occupancy and revenue. The application of technology to stay in touch with and
remain relevant to your past and potential customers, has become an imperative for
survival. Clearly identify and explain three marketing strategies hotels have or
could adopt to achieve this goal.

sentence, (the paragraphs first sentence) which is then supported with
