Assignment Directions:
Objective: Develop a detailed resource plan for building a 600-square-foot backyard gym, building off the Week 2 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Assignment. This resource plan should identify the necessary human and material resources, ensuring no resource is allocated more than 1 00%.
Instructions:
Human resources:
· Identify at least five key human resources needed for the project. Include the
role/team and a description of the work required from them (line items).
” Ensure no resource is allocated more than 100% of their capacity. This means careful
scheduling and allocation of work hours.
” Include the hourly rate for each human resource.
Material resou recs:
” Create a detailed list of materials required to complete the project. This includes
items such as gym equipment, construction materials, and any other necessary supplies.
” For each material resource, provide the quantity needed and the cost per unit.
Resource plan spreadsheet:
· Using the template provided, create a resource plan that details the distribution of
work hours and material usage throughout the project timeline (the project is estimated to be completed within 30 calendar days).
Cost summary:
” Summarize the overall cost of each human resource and all material resources.
