The Academic Paper is an Original Proposed Advanced Nursing Research Design. It is divided into four sections:
Introduction
Research Question
-Variables on the research question must be operationally defined (I would prefer a research topic on motivation of professional nurses relating to work)
Research Design
– this section is the core of the paper. The design can be quantitative, qualitative or mixed methods. (I preferred to have a mixed methods design.). The section must also include discussion on how biases or threats can be managed.
