For this research paper, the focus should be the financial considerations companies have to account for when hiring and retaining African American hires. Any touchpoints you can add from the industry is a major plus.
The course objectives I aim to satisfy are 1) Investigate the roles that budgeting play in financial decision-making for long-term and short-term financial planning and 2) Recommend and apply strategies and principles of financial management to the allocation of funds to secure the long-term profitability and/or goal attainment of organizations.
The research importance of this assignment is to provide an analysis on the importance financial budgets play in the diversity recruitment and retention space. Companies have to “pay-to-play” to recruit and retain top tier African American talent because of the narrow talent pool.
The paper must include the following:
– Title Page.
– Table of Contents
– Contain an introduction, body of paper, and conclusion. – Appendices (if applicable):
– Reference List (every citation, in the Text, must be correctly listed in the Reference List)
– The References must be in correct A.P.A. Format!
– There must be 6 to 10 scholarly references per paper.
