You are required to write an individual 2,500-word portfolio, based on a choice of your organisation. The aim of this portfolio will be to evaluate and assess the fundamental characteristics of entrepreneurial organisations. You will be able to evaluate core business functions in relation to leadership and management styles with focus on motivational theories. You will focus on the importance of marketing for a business and see the importance of a business through an external lens.
- A portfolio does not consist of images and is wholly done in academic writing (not first person as it is not a reflection).
- Work on your own business plan or select a company of interest from below choices provided.
- Critically discuss your chosen organisation relating to the topics studied in the lectures.
