LTC administrators not only manage facility finances, marketing, admission and discharge processes, but they also serve as leaders to facility staff, directors and residents. Therefore, LTC administrators must train and educate everyone within the facility on how to ensure this type of care will be executed. With this being said, for this week’s discussion assignment, you will select one of the following issues in LTC administration: TRANSITIONAL CARE

After you have selected one (1) issue, you will create a 8-10 slide PPT presentation (your title and reference slide(s) are not included in this total). This presentation should be targeted towards new LTC administrators and should provide best practices on how to ethically and effectively address the selected issue in the workplace. For instance, your presentation should highlight the best ways to address conflict resolution and/or the impact employee conflict can have on workplace morale, patient care, and teamwork.

Your presentation should be formal with the use of appropriate graphics and statistics to support your training recommendations. All slides should have bullet points only with details provided in a narrative in the Notes section of the slide only – no elaborate details should be on the slide; bullet point only. Your presentation should have a title slide and reference slide(s). At least 4 sources should be cited in your presentation, and proper APA format and grammatical structure should be used.
