Various journals and websites feature “best companies to work for” lists. Locate one of these lists and find a company that does a great job of attracting and motivating high performers. Learn as much as you can about the company’s management philosophies. Give an overview and decide which of the motivation theories does the company appear to be using? Explain why you believe that is the method they are using.
Preparation for posting: Using the internet and your personal knowledge of the topic, locate 1-2 articles or other professional, credible sources that address the weekly topic.
Initial Post Discussion Prompt: Involves analysis and synthesis of information. Cite the sources you found using APA style.
