I currently have a qualitative journal article on rural sexual assault survivorship that I submitted for publication. The feedback on the article was that it didn’t have enough theory. As a result I plan to split the article into three articles, one that deals with healing through nature (eco-therapy), one that deals with addressing inter-generational or historical trauma in the healing process, and one that deals with suggestions for providers/advocates and the importance of social relationships in the healing process. The methods section will remain practically the same for all three articles. And I have a good start on accumulating the literature for the eco therapy article and the historical trauma article but I need help on figuring out what literature to even draw from for theories related to interpersonal relationships. I need help building the literature base for the relationships article and then editing all three articles. There is no specific timeline for this project. I’d just like to have some articles ready for submission by maybe the summer.
