I think we need just a few more stats in the Market Analysis section. Are you able to pull some stats from county health ranking.org about Rochester and Olmsted County. I think we need to prove the need for a low income based program. Maybe find an average of low income families in the county and average of families on MinnesotaCare or Medicaid. Hope this makes sense, refer to the sample paper. I also think maybe reinforcing that currently MTM programs offered by Minnesota insurance do not allow the whole family. You have a great first paragraph that we can put this piece in there. There is a sentence in your section that needs a citation “transportation benefit offered by other insurance-based programs require members to first consider the use of public transit before considering their services” if you are able to find the source.
