In this 8-10 page paper, you will begin by defining the constructs of Steward Leadership based on what you have learned in this course and from the other resources you have reviewed. You will include a discussion related to the difference between a steward and a servant (you may want to review Wilson’s idea that all stewards are servants, but not all servants are stewards). Then, you are going to compare Steward Leadership with one other leadership model or theory from the list below.

Include in your paper a thorough summary of the theory selected before you begin the comparison:
Transformational Leadership
Transactional Leadership
Social Exchange Model
Charismatic Leadership
Strategic Contingencies Theory
The intention of this final project is to build on the learning that has occurred in this course. Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable to include information you used in your prior papers as part of this capstone assignment. One word of caution, however, if you have received comments and corrections related to your writing in your prior papers, be sure to address those issues when writing this paper.

Remember to include a title page and a reference page, but these do not count toward the page count.
