Group Project Description
Students will work in pre-determined project groups. Each group will conduct an IT Governance Analysis of an existing organization based on the COBIT 2019 Design Guide.
Analysis should include:
Company Overview: Provide a description of the company and an analysis of the overall company profile and competitive environment.
Evaluation of Enterprise Context: Evaluate the organization based on COBIT Design factors
Key Processes and Governance Components: Define the key processes and other governance components.
Comparison of Proposed Governance Components with Current Situation: Research should be used to support evaluations
References
Teams are encouraged to choose companies where information is available (articles, annual reports, etc.).
Final Report due Friday April 29 by 11:59PM.
Each team will present their analysis in class in a 15-minute presentation. All team members must participate in presentation. the quality of presentation is part of project grade.
