It is quality improvement project in an emergency department of an hospital, i worked on it for almost a year, it is to improve out come of patients with sepsis by measuring the urine output and use of fluid balance charts. I introduced many changes and interventions in the department during the last 11 months to achieve it. there are many references to quote and many figures to be translated into different types of tables, diagrams, charts etc. the word count should not exceed 6000, and the paper should be in pdf format, once i get back the paper, I may need some changes or modifications, and also i should be able to include the cover page in it once i receive the paper back from you, because cover page is not needed to be send to you with the paper. the number of references are approximately, they may vary.
