Select TWO (2) leaders of any organisation whom you think are different in their leadership styles. The leaders may or may not be from the same organisation.
3. Briefly describe the organisation(s)’ background e.g. key activities / products or services offered, profit or non-profit etc.
4. Analyse each leader’s style of leadership in relation to their respective organisation using any ONE (1) of the leadership theories covered in the module (e.g. House’s Path-Goal Theory, Hersey & Blanchard’s Situational Leadership Model, etc.).
You should explain the key principles of the selected leadership theory before using the theory to analyze the selected leader’s style of leadership.
5. Highlight the differences (i.e. their strengths and weaknesses) in leadership style between the TWO (2) leaders.
6. Recommend practical and actionable ways to improve leadership behaviors and become better leaders in their respective organizations.
