Write and submit a 1.5 page paper describing your personality type and how it will affect you as an interviewer. You will be graded on how you apply the results to yourself – give examples – if you disagree with the results, that is okay, but tell me why and defend your answers – in other words, think it through and show me that you understand how your personality strengths and weaknesses affect your interviewing. I have also posted a link to a Wikipedia article which gives a rather lengthy and in-depth explanation of the Meyers-Briggs typology – it may help in writing your paper.
