Overview
Your manager has provided you with data from a survey administered across several different organizations that have widely adopted Microsoft 365 for their business needs. You will need to clean and analyze the data and, as part of that process, create visual representations of the data, in order to make it presentable to your manager and other stakeholders. You will then need to interpret the data to summarize your finding.

Requirements
Your manager has provided you with the Microsoft 365 Survey Data Set [XLXS] Download Microsoft 365 Survey Data Set [XLXS], which includes the survey data collected on Microsoft 365 used across three other organizations. Using this data set, complete the following:
Download the Microsoft 365 Survey Data Set [XLXS] Download Microsoft 365 Survey Data Set [XLXS]Excel file and save it to OneDrive. Copy the data into a new tab in the file, and in the new tab, clean the data by removing duplicate data and empty cells, identifying and correcting errors, fixing formatting and inconsistencies, and running spellcheck.
Using another new tab in the Excel file, create at least two visualizations of the data by identifying specific trends and insights that point to the relationship between using Microsoft 365 tools and the effect on business productivity and team-based collaboration.
See Chapters 7 and 8 in the Data Visualization textbook for examples of charts that help visualize comparisons and parts of a whole.
In a Word document, write a 3-4 page summary in which you:
Draw conclusions from the trends and insights that surfaced when you analyzed the data. Specifically, what does the data tell you about the relationship between using Microsoft 365 tools and the effect on business productivity and team-based collaboration? Also, include any questions that arise from the data.
Justify your choice of visualizations to represent the data by explaining why you chose each of the visualizations. Your explanation should include why those visuals were most appropriate for the data and how those visuals support the conclusions you drew from the data.
Keep in mind this summary is for your manager, who may share it with other stakeholders in the company. Your writing should be professional in nature. Include an introductory paragraph that states the purpose of the summary and a conclusion paragraph that ties everything together. The summary should also be free of grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Save both the Excel file and the Word document in OneDrive. Use OneDrive to work together on the documents and prepare them for submission. Each of you should submit the same Excel file and Word document individually in Canvas. In addition, provide the link to the Excel file and to the Word document in OneDrive with your submission. Keep in mind that OneDrive records the version history of the documents to confirm that all team members participated in their creation.
