For the project you must:
(a) identify a problem or issue related to your programme of study that allows you to demonstrate
an appropriate range and level of analytical, critical, evaluative and synthesising skills
(b) discuss the methodology, skills and sources required to solve the problem or explore the issue;
(c) analyse the problem or issue and produce appropriate conclusions
Writing style
The report should be written in the third person passive voice. That is, you should write sentences
such as

“The initial problem was solved using the method outlined in the previous section.” “This issue was explored from two angles – first from the customer point of view and |
second from the management perspective.” and NOT (i) “I used the method above to tackle
the initial problem.” (ii) “The author considered the issue from your side as a customer and
also the managers’ viewpoint.” 3.1.2 Structure of the report The report must be typed on A4
paper using 1.5 line spacing. You must use a standard font (such as “Times New Roman” or
“Arial”) size 12. Pages should be numbered clearly and all sections indexed. The first criteria
of a good report are that it should be easy to read and written in good English with no
spelling errors. Therefore you are strongly advised to use a word processor
