You will submit brief essays discussing current news articles related to court cases or other actions that directly relate to the subject matter of civil litigation. News articles used for this assignment must come from the newspaper, a news program, or some other reputable news source (either traditional such as a newspaper or news magazine, or from a reputable online source similar to Fox News or CNN). INSTRUCTIONS
Begin your review with a summary of the article. Then provide analysis of the legal concepts found in the article, with references to the text. Each essay must be no less than 1 full page and no more than 2 full pages double-spaced with 12-point font and 1-inch margins. Full citations for the articles must be provided in-text, and, if possible, the article itself must be included with the submission.
Cite using current Bluebook formatting.
