While participation in CSR is the Independent variables, these are the sub-independent variables that can be used to explain the model or course of action. The methodology could be two-fold. It could be a longitudinal study that identifies companies who have not started CSR, but are willing to participate in CSR, and the study can track the differences in the employee motivation over a course of 6 months. Or, it can be simply an survey/ questionnaire format matching companies of varying CSR participation levels vs 0 participation level. I have included some resources that I have already found. These can be included, but require additional resources. I have also attached the outline that will give an clear overview of what is required. On the implications section, please also propose some studies of limitations on the current study and look into potential ways in which CSR can backfire (as in decreasing staff motivation).
