If you are unable to observe in a classroom, please complete the following assignment:

1. Write a 3-5 page paper using APA formatting describing multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) which includes both RtI (academics) and PBIS (beh.

2.Discuss the evidence-based interventions used in both. If not used in your school, (b) describe how you think it should be used or might look in your setting.(c) If either or both are used in your school, briefly describe what that looks like.

3. You may use a graphic (the triangle) to show the tiers and who would benefit from each. Remember that using Tier 2 or Tier 3 does not mean the student should not receive the interventions used at the universal level. Tier 2 and 3 should be in addition to universal supports.
