·        The emotional or ethical challenges you’ve encountered in your nursing role 

Step 2: Write a Reflective Journal Entry

3.     Identify two specific stressors or challenges you face in maintaining well-being. 

4.     Propose at least two realistic, evidence-informed self-care strategies you will implement moving forward. 

5.     Reflect on how maintaining personal well-being supports your effectiveness and longevity as a master’s-prepared nurse. 

6.     Include at least one professional resource (from ANA, AACN, or a scholarly source) to support your approach.
