Introduction As you read over our strategic plan you will be introduced to our team as well as gain a better understanding as to how we measure performance and the concepts that influence our strategic analysis. Our main purpose here is to increase and improve our triple bottom line, while encouraging innovation, diversity, and wellbeing inside eGS. 2.    Managing Team PerformanceVirtual teams have become a fact of business life, so they are something that we have to get accustomed to. To make the virtual teams work effectively, the number one thing needed is communication. Without proper and efficient communication, the whole team can fall apart. To manage these virtual teams we will have many plans in place. These plans include small deadline before the actual deadline to make sure everything is on track, text and email communication to ensure that if help is needed or a problem arises, team members are there to help and, shared documents on what we are working on and an ongoing comments chat that provides feedback to the work that is being done as it gets done. The communication tools that will be used are Google Docs, cell phone, email, and canvas discussion boards if needed. The way to work effectively is to have an on going Google Doc here everyone has the right to be an editor and leave it open for the group members to edit as they please. This way we can see who is doing what, if work is getting done, and who is choosing not to pull their eight.
