The M.A. Thesis is a student-directed study conducted in consultation with an assigned Chair and Reader in an area of Industrial and Organizational Psychology with relevance to the curriculum. The research culminates in the completion of a scholarly paper of publishable quality in accordance with Adler University guidelines and standards outlined by the American Psychological Association. This course provides support and structure for the thesis process. Students will build upon the research which they proposed during the INDS 503, Research Methods course and prepare and complete a thesis proposal and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) process, conduct research, and defend their finalized project. Submit your draft thesis project based upon the agreed upon goals you had with your Thesis Chair for this week. The Chair will pass/fail/exempt their students pending the completion of their individually determined weekly goals. Your paper should be submitted as a link from Microsoft Word format using One Drive (Links to an external site.) and adhere to APA format and guidelines (i.e. citing sources appropriately, including references and using APA formatted tables to show data). Any statistics should be presented in the correct reporting format. If you need a refresher on how to appropriately reference statistical findings please reference. I am looking for someone to build off of and edit a research paper. Will mostly involve completing an annotated bibliography/literature review. Will need this written first before moving onto the methods section in the future after this project is complete. Will need this to be accepted/passed by the IRB as I am conducting a research study and need to create a qualitative design. Would like someone who could send me their weekly progress. My topic is on how sexuality education impacts rates of sexual assault on college campuses.
