2)Do not change anything in sentences in red font.
3)There are very small portion of the draft that need you to paraphrase them. I wrote them in green fonts. They are directly copied from other articles. However, plagiarism is punished badly in my school. Therefore, please paraphrase all the passages in green fonts. Do not change the common terms that are used in banking, finance, and accounting field such as: accounting standards, accruals, earnings management, earnings quality.
4)Proofread the whole essay. Make sure you correct mistakes (grammar, spelling, punctuation, and word usage).
